This is largely because, for the last month or so, I've been involved with the redesign of the NewhomesForsale.co.uk website.
NewhomesForsale.co.uk is currently the third largest property site specialising in New Homes across the UK. Attracting over 60,000 unique visitors each month and featuring 2000 New Homes Developments, the site offers a fast way to gain information on brand new homes from the best housebuilders in the UK.
New additions to the site have included the incorporation of social media (twitter and facebook), improved navigation and search tools, an easy to use mortgage calculator, as well as a series of informative articles helping home buyers make the right purchase.
To date articles have covered New Retirement Homes, Shared ownership, shared equity and Home-buy schemes, and Part-Exchange Properties.
In weeks to come, we'll be adding further articles covering advice for First Time Buyers, a brief overview of the mortgages available to home buyers today, as well profiles on some of the most exciting new developments.
